A sparkling, strawberry wine made from our Jones Family Farms strawberries, blended with white wine.
This wine combines the sweet aroma of strawberries with incorporated bubbles.

Wine Making Process
• Jones Strawberries harvested in June
• Whole Strawberries are fermented for 3-5 days
• After fermentation, the Strawberry wine and white wine are blended, carbonated and bottled
• 9% ABV

Chenin Blanc, 65%, California-grown

• Cold fermented in Stainless Steel Tanks for 2-3 weeks

Harvest Time is a blend of apple and pear wine made with 100% Connecticut fruit. This off-dry wine has apple and pear flavors with a crisp finish.

This wine pairs well with all of the harvest foods that we enjoy in the fall and winter months. This is the perfect Thanksgiving wine.
